• You may not use another user's Evenbiz account, username, or password;
• You agree to immediately notify Evenbiz of any unauthorized or improper use of your account, user email, or password;
• We are not responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your password, with or without your knowledge.

1. You are of legal age (minimum 18 years of age) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
2. You must be human;
3. Accounts registered by 'bots' or similar automated methods are not allowed;
4. Hereby, you grant us permission to publicly display your profile, 'Your Content', and other information that may be provided by you and designated for public display.

• These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction;
